These courses target areas of your English which may need development, whether speaking, writing, reading or listening, and are designed to help you achieve your goals. Courses can be arranged for individuals or small groups (maximum of 5 students per course). Prior to each course, students' needs are identified and assessed, and the focus of the week is to address these specific needs and aspirations. Individual daily tuition is an essential part of the course, supported by a programme of visits to Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and other activities.
The courses take place in Norfolk, where Anglia Tutors is based. There is a choice of accommodation types, to suit the preferences of each student. For those who would like to live with a family, and enjoy the full experience of English family life, we have carefully chosen homestays who are always glad to welcome international guests into their homes. Alternative accommodation can be arranged in local hotels, B&B’s, guesthouses and self-catering Norfolk cottages – the choice is yours!
Anglia Tutors will arrange all airport transfers, transport and accommodation on your behalf, prior to your arrival in the UK.

Occasionally, students ask about online courses that relate to particular interests that they may have. The life and works of Jane Austen, Beatrix Potter and the Bronte sisters have proved popular in recent years, as have the English Lake Poets. If you have a special interest that you would like to pursue – either for its own sake, as a means to practice and improve your English, or both! – ask us; we will do our best to find you a friendly and knowledgeable tutor.
